Leigh Goucher

Associate - St. Louis

Leigh Goucher is an associate with the St. Louis office who assists with drafting various estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney. Leigh’s practice also includes preparation of estate tax returns, trust and probate administration and drafting a number of corporate and real estate documents related to estate planning. Leigh performs legal research and writing on all aspects of estate planning law, including estate and gift tax, wills, trusts, business transactions and real estate.

Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Leigh practiced in the area of estate planning for 7 years with a law firm in the Kansas City area. Upon graduation from law school, Leigh served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Fernando J. Gaitan, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Leigh is currently a member of the Missouri Bar Association and a member of the Missouri Probate and Trust Law Committee.
