(Freeburg, MO), a leader in the window and door industry since 1949, in closing real estate transactions and helping coordinate state and local incentives related to its $65 million planned expansion in Eldon, Missouri. The initial phase of the project includes the acquisition of more than 100 acres in Eldon for the construction of a 200,000 square-foot manufacturing facility. The project is anticipated to result in more than 300 new full-time jobs. State and local incentives include Missouri Works, Missouri BUILD, Ameren Missouri’s Smart Energy Plan economic development incentive, Chapter 100 tax abatement, and sales tax exemptions. Chris Pieper led BB&D’s efforts in helping coordinate various state and local incentives, while Kevin Fleming handled real estate components of the transactions.
