BB&D Welcomes Angela J. Burke in BB&D’s Columbia Office

Blitz, Bardgett & Deutsch, LC is pleased to announce that Angela J. Burke has joined the firm as an Associate in the Columbia, Missouri office.  Angela’s practice will focus on Regulatory & Government Solutions, Real Estate and Public Finance.

Angela joins the firm from the Missouri Department of Economic Development, where she served as Senior Counsel.  She previously served as Deputy General Counsel in the Office of Governor Jeremiah (“Jay”) Nixon and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Governmental Affairs Division of the Office of the Missouri Attorney General.  Angela began her legal career as an associate in the Public Finance and Public Law group of a major St. Louis law firm.

Angela obtained her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served on the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology, and obtained her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Saint Louis University.
