Deutsch moderated the breakout session on Gaming License Investigation: Regulatory v. Police, with panelists Richard Lopes, Chair of the California Gaming Control Commission, Stephen Martino, Director of the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency, Norman DesRosiers, tribal gaming consultant and Roger Morris, former head of the Colorado Gaming Control Board.
