Jim Deutsch Moderates International Masters of Gaming Law Spring Conference

BB&D member Jim Deutsch, recently moderated a panel at the International Masters of Gaming Law spring conference held in San Diego.  Deutsch moderated the breakout session on Gaming License Investigation: Regulatory v. Police, with panelists Richard Lopes, Chair of the California Gaming Control Commission, Stephen Martino, Director of the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency, Norman DesRosiers, tribal gaming consultant and Roger Morris, former head of the Colorado Gaming Control Board.

“We discussed the growing pains of gaming regulatory investigations as the industry becomes more mature and how to foster efficient and fair investigations in the future,” noted Deutsch.
