Mary Grimes is an associate attorney in our St. Louis office and represents clients in a range of transactional corporate and real estate matters, including business entity formation, estate planning, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Mary worked as an associate in a St. Louis area law firm where her areas of practice included homeowner and condominium association representation, commercial transactions, general corporate law, and real estate transactions.
