Tyler is an experienced litigator with a diverse practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex disputes across the country. His expertise spans product liability, environmental and toxic tort litigation, premises liability, employment law, and business and commercial litigation. Whether advocating for individuals or multinational corporations, Tyler provides strategic counsel tailored to his clients’ needs, leveraging his ability to navigate intricate legal and scientific issues. His dual experience in both plaintiff and defense work gives him a well-rounded perspective, allowing him to craft innovative litigation strategies that lead to favorable outcomes.

Tyler is involved in all facets of litigation, from conducting in-depth legal research and drafting and arguing dispositive, pretrial, and discovery motions, to managing written discovery, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, and developing and implementing effective trial and appellate strategies.

Tyler earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he served as an executive articles editor for the Global Studies Law Review. His legal experience includes an internship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri, serving as a research assistant for the Crimes Against Humanity Initiative at the Whitney R. Harris World Law Institute, and practicing law at a large national firm, where he honed his litigation skills in high-stakes cases.

Beyond his legal practice, Tyler remains active in the community as a member of various legal organizations and as a volunteer for organizations including the Children’s Tumor Foundation and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
