Zachary (Zach) Winter is an associate attorney in the St. Louis office who represents clients in a wide range of tax, estate planning, real estate, and corporate matters, including business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Zach worked as a tax associate at a “Big Four” professional services firm.

Zach attended the University of Missouri School of Law where he was Note and Comment Editor for the Business, Entrepreneurship, & Tax Law Review, President of the Federalist Society, and Treasurer of the Tax and Transactional Law Society. Zach was also a participant in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic and the Teaching Assistant for Tax Research and Planning.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Zach now lives in St. Louis with his wife.
