Blitz, Bardgett & Deutsch Managing Member Chris Pieper has been selected for appointment to Missouri Bar Foundation the Board of Trustees.
Founded in 1950, the Missouri Bar Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable partner of the Missouri Bar, receiving financial support through the generosity of bar members, their families, and friends. The Foundation’s mission is to advance the administration of justice, elevate the legal profession, foster public appreciation for the rule of law, and further our constitutional form of government through law-related community projects, scholarships, jurisprudential research, and recognition of exemplary legal and public service. The Foundation recognizes exceptional lawyers through five annual awards presented at the Missouri Bar’s Annual Meeting—the David J. Dixon Appellate Advocacy Award, the Lon O. Hocker Awards, the Spurgeon Smithson Award, the Purcell Professionalism Award, and the W. Oliver Rasch Award.
